All of our products are made-to-order based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase. As a result, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Return claims may only be submitted if there has been an error in the manufacturing of your order or if the product arrives damaged. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported within five (5) days of delivery and must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of both the product and packaging. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and all claims must be submitted via email, as we are unable to process claims over the phone. Once an approved return has been received, please allow 10–15 business days for inspection, processing, and issuance of any applicable refund.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, order cancellations can only be guaranteed if requested within two (2) hours of placing the order.
